I gave up on looking for a Palisade Limited. I wanted specific colors. My first regular service after my new car purchase was handled by Anthony, a very knowledgeable and courteous Service Advisor. The service technician that did the servicing was very efficient and fast and did a fine job. Tarbox Hyundai has been servicing my Hyundai's for 9 years now and I feel very confident taking my car there.

I recently visited the dealership and was met by Lynn Holston. I was interested in a car that was coded as "in transit". Lynn was very courteous and knowledgeable. I put a deposit on it and was notified when it arrived. The car did have a recall on it and he kept me updated. I was very happy with the service I received.

I brought my car in for a recall. Making the appointment was easy and no long wait time. Josh Reardon, my service rep, was courteous. He also helped with my request to glue down the rubber strip that runs along with the window where it was lifting. My car was done sooner than the allotted hours, I was told. I was very pleased that Hyundai’s warranty covered my 7 year old Tucson’s engine being replaced, as well as a rental vehicle. I couldn’t’t have asked for more!

My tire had a slow leak from a screw. They took it out, patched the tire, cleaned some debris from another tire that I wasn't aware of, and didn't even charge me! I always go here for service, they're the best.
